The purpose of this letter is to express my appreciation and thanks for an excellent job performed in mid-July (2010) by L.B. Heating for installing a new Viessmann Vitodens gas boiler and two new radiators (a Classic Column Stelrad and a Stelrad K2) in our house.

From the start of the research and discussion phase, I was immediately impressed with Ted Lausic’s knowledge and approach. Before deciding on a final solution, we spoke numerous times about various options in an effort to determine what would be the best solution for us. Ted’s business and technical expertise gave me a sense of confidence that I had made the correct choice in engaging L.B. Heating for my project. Every item (material and installation) was properly itemized in a written quote before proceeding, which reflected the true cost in the end. No surprises. Ted stayed in contact with me throughout the process of ordering the equipment, delivering it and setting an installation date.

Upon installation—the time and date were set beforehand, and met without delays or cancellations—Brian and Ivan arrived (promptly at 8:30am), and worked pretty much straight through until around 9:30pm. The job was performed with the highest level of technical and professional skills. Instead of a simple “rip and replace,” Brian and Ivan performed a skillful removal and strategic re-design of the piping following the highest standards of workmanship and installation principles. No shortcuts were taken, the installation was performed expertly, all aspects were “done right”—including re-locating the existing water heater in order to obtain the optimal setting for the Viessmann. The following day, Brian and Raheem installed the two new radiators cleanly, neatly and precisely. On both days, Ted made on site visits to ensure that the work was proceeding well, and talked to both myself and my wife about the work being performed to ensure our expectations were being met.

Overall, I am very pleased with the work performed by L.B. Heating & Air Conditioning. In my business, I have helped oversee no fewer than 7 major corporate renovations involving heating, air conditioning and electrical work. I have experienced the good, the bad and the ugly. I have high standards and am very pleased to testify that L.B. exceeded my expectations. I will be using L.B Heating for all future maintenance on my system, as well as any future heating upgrades in the future. I am pleased to give L.B. Heating my highest endorsement.
